What is aLeLo App?

This is an App that connects street sellers on the move who door-deliver products/services with their prospective customers.

Why no one is picking up call in the customer support phone number?

We have very limited call center executives to pick up calls. Please send an whatsapp text message to our contact number, we shall resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Do I need to have a cell phone number to become a user?

Yes you need to have a cell phone # to get registered.

Do we need internet connection to use this App?

Yes, either a WiFi or mobile data is needed.

What kind of phone is needed to use this App?

A basic android smartphone will be enough to use this App. Smart phone with GPS functionality is needed for a seller.

Which operating system does this App require?

This App works currently for Android 5.0 Lollipop (2014) and above. iOS version development is in progress.

Can I become a member using an email ID or other social media account?

No, to keep it simple, we are currently only allowing to use cell phone number to become a member.

How do I add my profile photo?

Click on the Settings button → Profile → empty image and then browse for a photo in your cell phone and choose it.

How can I switch between a customer and a seller?

Click on the Settings button → Click on Customer/Seller. Here you can switch

What is the address of the company?

Please view it in the contact us page in our website/App.

How can I contact you?

Click on Contact us option, you can see ways to contact us.

Which language do I need to choose?

Please choose a language which you can read and write. Many indian languages are available, choose one from the list

How do customers benefit from this App?

Customers can collect products/services at their doorstep without going to the shops, saving time, energy and money.

Customers can choose where to receive their products/services, be it their office, home or relative's place they are visiting at their chosen time.

Customers get alerts when the sellers of the products they require come close to their homes. They can see the various sellers on the map.

It is very useful for old people unable to do their personal shopping and for busy working families.

Do Customers need to pay money to use this App?

No, it is free app for buyers but the sellers need to pay 1 Rupee for each lead. First 3 months is free for even sellers.

Do all my family members need to have separate cell phone numbers to become a member?

Yes.

Why do I need to enter different addresses?

Customers can have different addresses like Home, Office, Parents, Relatives etc. They can view seller in different places.

How can customers see sellers in their pin code?

There is a list and map view to see all the sellers near you. Please go to sellers page to see all the sellers.

Can customers view sellers of different address?

Yes, customers can view sellers of any of their stored addresses.

Why should customer type different availability for different addresses?

As the availability differs from each addresses, customers are asked to store different availability for different address.

How can a customer request a seller to come to their house?

A customer can click on the bell icon next to the product.

How do customers know when the seller is going to come to his address?

An notification is going to be sent to customers when sellers of a belled product come close to their address.

How can a customer contact a seller?

Customer can either SMS or Call the seller by click on message or call button next to each seller.

How do I change my seller Notification?

Click on the settings --> notification to see all the alerts

I do not find products I am searching for, what should I do?

If you do not find products you are searching for then you can add it or let us know through WhatsApp. We shall add that product. Our WhatsApp number is available on the Contact Us page.

Why do I not see some sellers in the list and map?

They might be on leave or left the pincode.

Can I like more than one seller of the same product?

Yes, you can add as many sellers as you want who sell the same product.

What will happen if I like a seller?

If you like a seller, your address would be viewed by the seller. You would receive notification only from this seller but not any other seller of the same product.

Why I do not receive notification when a seller of the product I belled come close to my house?

You might have deactivated notification in aLeLo app settings or you would have liked another seller for this product. You would receive notification for a product from liked sellers only.

How do I know if the seller I liked is working today?

Please go to the liked seller page to see if the seller is working or not.

I want to receive notification from all sellers of a product I bell, how do I do it.?

In the aLeLo app settings, you can set it, so that you can receive notification from all the sellers

I want to receive notification only from the sellers I liked. How do I do it?

In the aLeLo app settings, you can set it, so that you can receive notification from only from liked sellers

Can I like any seller?

No, only like a seller whom you/friends/family know. If you bell a product then liked sellers would know your address.

Where do I unlike a seller?

You can unlike a seller either in sellers list view page or liked seller page.

What details of mine can a seller see?

Ordinary seller cannot see any details of you except that there is a customer in a street. Liked seller can see your address. No one can see your name, phone number.

How do sellers benefit from this App?

"Sellers need not shout to inform their presence to the customers. The App would notify the customers when the seller is close to their house.

All interested customers can be seen in the App along with their address(when liked).

Saves time as the sellers know their targeted customers."

Do sellers need to pay money to use this App?

Yes, first 3 months is free but later sellers need to pay 1 Rupee for every lead.

What would happen if a seller crossed my geo fence

Customers in the given geo fence would no longer be able to see the seller but the customers in the new geo fence can see this seller.

How do I see customers in a different geo fence?

You need to go to the area with your cell phone to see customers of that area

Can I have a duplicate business name?

Seller name or his business name need not be unique.

Where can I see customers who want to buy my product?

Sellers can see all their customers in Customers page

Where can I see all street sellers?

Sellers can see all their customers in Sellers page

Can a seller be a customer of another seller?

Yes both ways. Customer can become a seller and a seller can become a customer any time by switching.

Can a seller choose to sell in different areas?

Yes, seller can go to any area to sell products.
