In the normal course of business, the User makes or intends
to make a purchase on the site/app and once it is confirmed, the Seller will
come to the street where the User resides or the Seller will come near the
residence of the User and thereafter the User may come out to the street to
complete the purchase.
Subsequently, where the User likes the product and/or the
service of a particular Seller and proceeds to hit the “like” button of that
particular Seller, the Company will share the Personal Information of the User
that may include the address and phone number that has been registered by the
User on the site/app, to that particular Seller.
Seller
business name, phone number, current location, product, price etc are shared
with the customers. Customers can see the sellers of various products on the
map.
The User understands that the “aLeLo
Technologies” provides a business platform that is based on the online
aggregator business model, wherein different Sellers and Buyers are brought
together. Consequently, the User also understands that his or her Personal
Information is being shared with a Seller who may be a total stranger to the
User. The User shall therefore take necessary precaution that the User normally
exercises in a day-to-day transaction while making a purchase from a street
vendor or any other Seller or while accepting any door delivery from any other
online aggregator.
In the event of any untoward incident that may happen to the
User as a result of the carelessness on part of the User or where the Seller
takes undue advantage of the situation and causes or brings upon the User any
physical or other monetary damage and where such an act is illegal and against
the law of the land, the User shall not hold the Company responsible or liable
in any manner.
Company will not sell, rent, loan, transfer, or otherwise disclose
any Personal Information to third parties except as set forth in this
statement. Company may share Personal Information collected on this site with
its members, employees or trusted business partners or third parties only for
the reasons as stated above.

aLeLo shall use
your Location based information that is captured by aLeLo
through global positioning system when you are using your mobile device or site
to request a purchase or to complete a sale on the Site/App. Such information
shall be used only to facilitate and improve the services offered to you.
You acknowledge and agree that your Geo-location information is required for you to avail the services offered by aLeLo and initiate the necessary transactions on the Site/App. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy agreement, you consent to the monitoring and tracking of your Geo-Location information. Also, aLeLo may share your Geo-Location with other partners or merchants as and when necessary.
For the Seller to be able to sell on the Site/App, he has to click on “Start Business” after logging in on the Site/App. After activating “Start Business”, the Background Location Access is immediately activated on his mobile device or mobile phone and only then the Seller is visible to his future Customers. The Seller understands that after this, his location is constantly visible and that his location is shared to all Customers and Users of this Site/App.
The Seller can deactivate this option by disabling the location option on the mobile device or mobile phone.
Once a Customer chooses to buy a particular product from a Seller, he/she clicks on a particular Seller and then only the location details of the Customer are shared to the Seller, to enable him to reach the Customer’s nearby location.
However, when the Customer clicks on the “Like” Button of the Seller, customer details such as photo, address, phone number and email address will be shared with the Seller.
Users, who initially opted-in to receive future offers or
promotional materials, may subsequently opt-out by sending an email to
[email protected]. Company will implement the change within two weeks of your
request. Company will send an acknowledgement or confirmation of the request to
the email address on file.

You can choose to delete your account at any time by

Upon termination of this agreement or deletion of your
account you agree to promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise
obtained from this site, as well as copies of such materials.
Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel
your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Website or
affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language and shall be held in Chennai. The award of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding upon the parties. In case of any disputes, differences or claims arising out of this agreement, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold aLeLo
Technologies and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and suppliers
harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses,
liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and
expenses), howsoever suffered or incurred due to or arising out of your breach
of this User Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third
party.
aLeLo may revise or update its Privacy
Policy and Terms and Conditions from time to time and you are bound by such
revisions. You are therefore requested to periodically visit this page and
